Objectives:

Upon completion of this course:

1. The learner will know the DOT requirements for repairs on existing pipelines.
2. The learner will understand the special requirements for repairing Dresser coupled pipelines.
3. The learner will know the basic steps involved in reinforcement and repair of pipes using Clock Springs® and Armor Plate®.
4. The learner will understand special considerations for repairs on new pipelines.
5. The learner will understand the precautions to be followed during hot and cold cutting and welding.
